We refer to our earlier announcements on the above matter dated 31st July 2007.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd (KSSB) has received the Letter of Award dated 9th August 2007 from Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah. The final contract sum has been agreed at RM12,890,270.70 (Ringgit Malaysia Twelve Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Seventy and Cents Seventy) and subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the said Letter of Award.

The Letter of Award may be inspected at the Registered Office of the Company located at Aras 9, Menara BDB, 88 Lebuhraya Darulaman, 05100 Alor Star, Kedah.
