Non-Executive Director, a Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of
the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of
Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Company is hereby complied with
Chapter 15.10(1)(c)of the Listing Requirements within the time frame
given by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
