("BDB") wishes to announce that Y.Bhg. Dato' S. Mohd Haris bin
S. Idrus has resigned as Chairman of the Nomination/Remuneration
Committee of BDB following his resignation as Director of the
Company with effect from 26 June 2008.
The new composition of the Nomination / Remuneration Committee
shall now comprise of:-
Dato' Wira Hj. Hassan bin Taib - Member /Independent Non-Executive
Director
Jahubar Sathik bin Abdul Razak - Member/Executive Director
Che Had bin Dhali - Member/Non-Independent Non-Executive
