Further to our announcement dated 3rd November 2010, the Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad wishes to update the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that the court has fixed the case for further mention on 10th January 2011 pending filing of Affidavit of Service .The sealed Third Party Notice has been sent to the Third Parties by AR Registered Post on 16.11.2010 and pending receipt of AR Card from the Third Parties.
