We refer to our earlier announcements on the above matter dated 31st July 2007 and 3rd August 2007 respectively.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd (KSSB) has received the Letter of Award dated 15th August 2007 from Kedah Resort Sdn Bhd. The final contract sum has been agreed at RM10,329,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Ten Million Three Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand) and subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the said Letter of Award.
The Letter of Award may be inspected at the Registered Office of the Company located at Aras 9, Menara BDB, 88 Lebuhraya Darulaman, 05100 Alor Star, Kedah.
