The Board of Directors
of Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) wishes to update the Exchange
that the case which has been fixed for hearing of application
for striking off Writ of Summons filed by BDB / the Defendant
had been postponed to 6th December 2009 for further mention.BDB/the
Defendant is in the process of filing a fresh affidavit in reply
to HGT/the Plaintiff's affidavit.
The Court also fixed 13th December 2009 for hearing of an Application
filed by HGT/the Plaintiff to amend its pleadings.
