Further to our announcement
dated 23rd November 2010 , the Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman
Berhad (BDB) wishes to update the Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) that the Court has granted Order In
Terms to the Defendant's Summons for Direction (Encl. 33) and
has instructed the Third Party Solicitors to file Defence within
fourteen (14) days.The Court has fixed the case for further
mention on 8th March 2011.
