We refer to our earlier announcement dated 22nd March 2007 on the abovematter and wish to announce that the Kedah State Government has approved the change in name of contractor from Bina Darulaman Berhad to Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd (KSSB) vide its Letter dated 16th September 2007 which was duly accepted by KSSB on 26 September 2007.
Pursuant to this change in name, the following documents have been reissued under the name of Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd.
(i) Surat Setujuterima Interim
(ii) Surat Pemberitahu Perwakilan Kuasa
All other terms and conditions as stipulated in the Interim Acceptance Letter dated 7th March 2007 remain unchanged.
