We refer to Paragraph
8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad ("Listing Requirements") and wish to inform that the
public shareholding spread of Bina Darulaman Berhad as at 30th
June 2008 is 40.06% and that the number of public shareholders
is 2,683 as such in compliance with paragraph 3.05(1) of the
Listing Requirements.
