| We refer to Paragraph
8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Berhad
("Listing Requirements") and wish to inform that the public
shareholding spread of Bina Darulaman Berhad as at 30 June 2009
is 40.06% and that the number of public shareholders is 2,631
as such in compliance with paragraph 3.05(1) of the Listing
Requirements. |
