Further to our announcement
dated 16th December 2009, the Board of Directors’ of Bina
Darulaman Berhad (BDB) wishes to update the Exchange that the
Court has further fixed the case as follows :-
1. 06/2/2010 : Pending filing of Defendant’s Affidavit
In reply
2. 20/2/2010 : Defendant to file its Submission on or before
this date
3. 07/3/2010 : Plaintiff to file its Reply on or before this
date
4. 21/3/2010 : Defendant to file its Reply (if any) on or before
this date
5. 07/4/2010 : For Decision of Enclosure 5.
(Enclosure 5 is an application filed by the Defendant to dismiss
Plaintiff's Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim.)
