We refer to our earlier announcement dated 27th September 2006 on the abovematter, and wishes to announce that the Kedah State Government has approved the change in name of contractor from Bina Darulaman Berhad to Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd vide its letter dated 31 July 2007.
Pursuant to this change in name, the following documents have been reissued under the name Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd:-
(i) Surat Setujuterima Interim
(ii) Surat Pemberitahu Perwakilan Kuasa
All other terms and conditions as stipulated in the Interim Acceptance Letter dated 12th September 2006 remain unchanged.
