Further to our announcement
dated 8th April 2010, the Board of Directors' of Bina Darulaman
Berhad (BDB) wishes to update Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
that the hearing of the Defendant's Application to strike off
the Plaintiff's Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim was dismissed
by the High Court on 4th May 2010.
The High Court Judge has indicated that there are triable issues
that need to be inquired during the full trial , the date for
which shall be fixed by the High Court later.
