Darulaman Realty is well-known as a leading property developer in the North especially with the development of 2,200-acre Bandar Darulaman Township. The township is a home to mixed development such as residential, higher learning institutions, commercial complexes and a golf resort. Darulaman Realty also embarked on the development of Darulaman Utama Township at Kuala Ketil and Darulaman Perdana Township at Sungai Petani. While Kedah Holdings is now focusing on the residential development in Alor Star City. As a track record, the company had successfully completed the development of Kompleks Alor Star which comprise of 240 units of shop houses.
